How to delete your data

If you connected an account

An admin can disconnect it in Barnstorm under Connections, which starts deletion straight away. You can also remove Barnstorm from the network's own settings:

• YouTube: Google security settings.
• Instagram: Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Manage app permissions.

We check connections regularly. When we find access was removed, we stop collecting and delete what came from that account, within 30 days at the latest. Deletion through Barnstorm finishes within 7 days.

If you commented on a connected account

Delete the comment on the network and it leaves Barnstorm within 30 days, when we next refresh comments. To have it removed sooner, email us a link to the comment.

If you use Barnstorm at work

Ask an admin at your organization to remove you, or email us. Security logs that record past sign-ins and changes are kept to protect the service.
